Priest UI help

Hey there guys (and girls).

I was wondering if someone could help me with this UI;

Im running 1280*1024 res (the author only have the addon in 1680*1050 res).

Ive been trying for a whole now to get it to look like she has it, but i fail really bad.
So i was hoping if anyone could help me make a 1280*1024 res version, ill even pay 10$ if needed for the job
