No Carbonite, no World Map

I have had this issue for a while but even the newest 'fixes' haven't fixed it. I currently have 5.1.6 installed. The Carbonite icon is there but is not 'available', cannot access it despite clicking it. No Carbonite map and also cannot open the world map. I've uninstalled all other addons. I'm not getting an error code at this time but will once I reinstall Swatter! as WoW is not recording any error at all. On another computer that I don't often have access to I'm still running 5.1.2 only because I'm worried about losing Carbonite on it due to this prevailing issues on my main computer. Will return with the error messages (one on login and another when I try to open the world map which is slightly different.)
