Which addon put an "Addons" button on the main menu?

I had an addon/compilation/something a while back that
did this, and can't find it again. Any help would dearly be
appreciated!

When you hit the ESC key, and the game menu comes up,
there are default options, e.g. to change your video or
interface preferences. Something I had added an "Addons"
button to this main menu, and I could access the addons
from within the game, and reload, etc. It was truly very
handy, and I'd love to find it again.

Also, my casting bar is a bit too far over to the right on my
screen, and I'd like it to be more centered, but am unable to
move it with MoveAnything. Does anyone have preferences
for a simple addon that just affects the casting bar, and would
essentially replace the old, ugly one (and that I can MOVE)?
(I know there are some, but since I'm asking for help on one thing,
figured I'd ask for opinions on this, too.)

Sweet - thanks very much! I've DL'd ecastingbar, and it seems to be working out pretty nicely, but I'm always game for trying anything new.
