I can't get rid of the regular action bar

I just downloaded nUI today and I am having some problems on how to get rid of the normal action bar and also I need some help on how to put the recount and omen addons on the bottom right hand corner.

What do you mean by regular action bar ?

nUI includes all 7 action bars on the screen at the same time. The 7th in the bottom right is also the moonkin form bar so druids with that form are more limited with nUI but anyways. Above the dashboard you should find the main action bar. If you have other action bars then you must have them enabled in the game options screen. Just disable them and you should be fine.

To get recount and omen in the bottom right panel you first need to have those addons installed. Once you have that installed you can have either dual stats plugin (omen and recount side by side ) or stats ( omen and recount switching ) as listed on this page http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/cat135.html. Also, there is a relatively recent addon called skada that works similar to omen and recount together and is already integrated within nUI, you would just need to add the skada addon itself.

I'm also interested in removing the action bars that appear in a stock install of nUI. I understand that they are tied to the behavior of the Blizz bars, but I have a feral Druid and Rogue, and I need to have paging behavior for stealth. I disabled all of the Blizz bars in the Interface options, but the bars still appear in nUI. I want to use Bartender4 to do what I need, but I like nUI for everything else.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Unless Scott has changed his mind or nUI 6 will include the option to not have any action buttons then this FAQ post will answer your question. Unfortunately it might not be the answer you want to hear.

That's what I suspected from reading everything that I could find on the topic. It's a shame because I really like nUI. Thanks for taking the time to answer me.

nUI *DOES* do paging for stealth and druid forms.

Just put your action bar on page 1 -- "shift-1"
