cant repeat messages with alt-arrow

I have the addons Prat and Chatter for chat. But after last patch i cant anymore repeat messages directly using the arrow, i need first to press Alt and is anyioning......

Im back to this old post, because again after last patches i have this problem. Or is from blizzard?
