ChatFrameTabs

Hey I have been looking for a week or two now for a addon or a code allowing me to move the chat tabs BELOW the chatframes, instead of above. I have tried all kinds of stuff but I am not that high-tech in LUA, and have not made any progress ): Any help is appreciated lots.

Chatter has the ability to move the tab positioning.

lol i feel stupid now, i even installed chatter some week ago to check but couldnt find it, i must be blind, will check it out i succeeded in writing a broker toggling between the chatframes anyway, wich also looks pretty minimalistic, but will defo check chatter out =) thanks alot
