[bug] displayed comment date behaving strange

In the "my addons" comments list, I've got a comment that whose date was shown as "Today 12:06 AM" yesterday, "Yesterday 12:06 AM" today. That's fine so far. But on the project page, the comment was dated "Yesterday 12:06 AM" yesterday and "10-13-2008, 12:06 AM" today.

So it seems like they are using different code to calculate what to show and the one on the project page seems to be bugged.
