dunno what the error is but its happening when targeting any target dummy in org

Weird, I never see that during my testing. Try /nUI anim to turn off the 3d portraits and see if that helps

This is a known bug that I have already reported to Blizz. It appears to be related to the version of the DirectX you are using (or so Blizz thinks). This bug is why I changed the portraits from full face to full body. But, some portraits still do it.

If you can, see if you can install an updated DirectX version and/or video driver and see if it goes away.

The other option, as Xrystal points out, is to use the '/nui anim' command to turn animated portraits off.

I can confirm that the same issue happened to me last night when selecting training dummies in Stormwind with 3D portraits enabled. When I selected the training dummy the 3D portrait took up the full height of the screen and obscured the spell bars and other items behind it.

I can also confirm that /nui anim does fix the issue.
