Forgot the name of an Addon

I used to use an addon that let you create a sort of frame for the game. It allowed you to shrink and move the actual game video and leave a black frame around the edges of your screen to put action bars etc.. around without it blocking any game view. I'm sure its a common addon I just cannot remember the name at all.

I don't know the name of the particurlar addon but it sounds like it was creating a "viewport" which might help google it.

Keep in mind that viewports are (sometimes) problematic. Did not test it with recent patches or beta but my guess is that its not fixed.
