Major changes
With the addition of myself, Lightspark and Rainrider to the owners of the project we had to set some rules for ourselves,
which involved developing a
styleguide, a
documentation guide and some major revamping of this 10 year old project.

Versioning
The new version number is a lot higher than the previous (1.6.x) because we're following
a new
versioning scheme (Major.Minor.Patch), comparable with the previous (Stable.Major.Patch).
As per semantic versioning:
- MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes,
- MINOR version when you add functionality in a backwards-compatible manner, and
- PATCH version when you make backwards-compatible bug fixes.

There is a high likelihood that we will increase the Major with every expansion, as Blizzard tends to do significant API changes anyways.
This way the layout creators can expect their layout to work throughout entire expansions without changes.
Future
We'll continue to keep oUF up-to-date and implement new features, one of which is having the entire project documented outside of the code.
