Raid Frames.....

Ok, so I'm wondernig if there's some kind of rhyme or reason to the order of people in the raid frames. I can't see any at all..... It would be nice to have it sorted by class, or spec, or groups. Best option would be options to switch between those (and maybe others?). I would prefer either by class or groups personally. Right now it appears to be either random, or possibly by order of joining the raid?

There is actually a rhyme and reason to it... it's in the order of "raid1" to "raid40" as unit IDs in the unit frames. You'll have to ask Bliz to explain the rest ~grin~

I am in the process of adding sorting to the raid frames. I *think* it's already listed in the to-do list as I have talked about it before. I'll look to be sure.

EDIT: Yes... it is already in the to-do list.. however, it wasn't exactly obvious the to-do list was published in the sticky... so I'll create a separate post for that to make sure it stands out better.

I wasn't talking about the order of the frames themselves, but the order of the toons IN the frames. I know it can be done, because my last UI had them sorted by group #'s within the raid:

Group 1 Group2
Group 3 Group4
Group 5 Group6

Like that.

You completely missed what I said.

The frames are arranged from "raid1" to "raid40" which are the unit frame ID's... Bliz is the one that chooses which player is assigned to which unit ID. Right now the units appear in the frames in the order that Bliz chooses to put them in the frames.

Furthermore, I specifically stated it was already on the to-do list to sort by group.
