It is definetly Witchhunt. The new addon pack includes the latest version of witchhunt, which unfortunately breaks the mazzification process if MazzleUI is allowed to try and Mazzify Witchhunt. Therefor the Mazzify process on Witchhunt was removed until a later version. There is another post (do a search on witchhunt) on how to manually configure Witchhunt so it is close to how it was pre 2.4. Otherwise it can be disabled.
