Resizing BibToolbars

Is it possible to change the size of the bibtoolbars? Is there a way I can hardcode a new size and in what file would I look?

On the fold out menu bar there is a button that turns on and off a small box with an x through it thats the resizer square.

Maybe im stupid but i can't find the button youre talking about.
Can you please try to explain better or give me an screenshot? Youll just import it in ms paint and make a red ring around it or something.
