What is this add on?

I saw a youtube video of a caster using some kinda of dot timer. The video is a little fuzzy but the add on somehow calculated the cast time, factoring in for the current DoT on a mob and put a message dead center of the screen giving a que when to cast the same spell again "Cast Vampirc embrace" ; ect

What is the name of this add on?

If it is Dot timer , I wanted to shy away from it since I heard it was a memory hog.
Thanks, Pel

A link to the video would help a lot.

Several timers will track the DoTs and predict cast times. Check out Forte Xorcist and EventHorizon Continued, although neither offers the pop-up cast info.

So where is the youtube link then?

From what I understand it might be a priority helper.

How much memory an addon uses is not what you should be looking at. It's the CPU cycles.

That said the rate of increasing memory or memory spikes should.

my bad

apologies for not posting the link. I stand corrected.
The message on the screen says " conflag ready now!"
not what I posted before. I'll include a link to the video
and it shows a message mid screen, starting at around 0:36

The addon he's using for the dots is Event Horizon as the video quite clearly says.

The addon outputting his spell CDs in text looks like Mik's Scrolling Battle Text, he's just got a centralised scroll area set up with some icons on it... I don't know what's doing the large button to the right of the bars, but I imagine you could use SBF or similar to set pop-ups of a certain size in a certain location, and even set SBF to send that to MSBT, so might be that?

I believe the large icon showing stuff coming off cooldown is Ghost:Pulse3: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...ostPulse3.html. However you could also use Doom_CooldownPulse: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...downPulse.html

The cooldown icons on the left are DoTimers I believe, however you can use any alternative available( SexyCooldown for example or CooldownIcons)

EventHorizon_Continued
Quartz
And my guess would be SexyCooldowns for Center Icon thing you mentioned.

Quarts would be the only "memory hog" but thats really not terribly important. Its lag created between your addons and the game server that makes addons an issue occasionally. I can state from personal experience EventHorizon_Continued and SexyCooldowns have little to no effect on game preformance and are great for increasing your dps
