Tips for Healing with nUI interface

Hi. I just started to use nUI and I'd like to level a healer. Can anyone share some tips with me about how to use or configure nUI to enhance healing. For instance, how to grid-click or arrange unit frames and things like that.

Any recommendations and information will really help.
