Badlands, their hunt continues part 3 of 7

Quest, Their hunt continues part 3 of 7 in Badlands. Alliance.

Quest objectives do not show as track able.

Also this quest is supposed to be able to be turned in on the fly and a message shows up below the quest to click the "?" to continue but it does not show up.
