Quest items in Quest list

When I started a new worgen, every time I tried to click a quest item in the worgen starting zone, I got an error that "Carbonite has done something or other, do you want to disable it and reload the UI." Since leaving the Worgen starting area, I still occasionally get this error.

Also the radius on the route maps does not work. I have to get to 0 yards to clear a waypoint, instead of the 60 yards (or 80 yards I tried) it is set to.
