Translation to frFR (french)

Hello

I would like to fully translate Carbonite to French.

I am a bit sad that there's no "online translation tool" like this one :
http://www.wowace.com/addons/pass-loot/localization/

It makes translating addons easier. Nevermind.
Anyway, I'll try my best to complete this task.

Edit : After checking the Localization.lua file, I noticed a localization in french of zones, cities, ...

What I want to translate are options, menus, etc..
