My tracking icon and party icons disappear from dungeon map

I was in a party in Dire Maul but when I switched to the main map to see where we were I could not see any of our tracking icons on it. If I clicked the map they appeared then disappeared again. Is there a setting I need to check to make them stay on the dungeon map? I also had the map revert to the wrong dungeon when I closed/reopened it (was in DM Warpwood and it kept showing DM North instead when I reopened map).
