Hey there

How would I do this with KgPanels?

It has something to do with the scripting inside KgPanels options.

If someone does know, could they explain how to do it step by step?

How would you do what in kgPanels? You never said what it is you're attempting to do and need help with.

Nevermind kgpanels, the buttonskin on that actionbar looks sick. What UI is that, looks familiar.

Anyway, it looks like a simple toggle event. I'm sure its in the UI's SavedVariables for kgpanels.
