Death Knight Problem with nUI

I just installed this interface add on and so far I am liking it a lot. The only problem I have with it is the cooldown alert system. Every time I use up all six of my runes, the interface tells me that every single move that costs runes to use is on cooldown. This gets very cluttered and distracting and I was wondering if there was any fix/way around this problem.

Edit: To be more specific I would like it to alert me when moves that are actually on cooldown come back up (such as Icebound Fortitude and Howling blast) and not just unusable because I have no runes.
