Requesting the simplest "release spirit-accept ressurestion" addon

hi guys,
i wonder if someone could spare a few minutes, and code this little thing for me:
i want it to autorelease spirit when i die (not in BG) (if PlayerDead() then RepopMe())
and then accept 'ressurect' when in range of corpse(if PlayerGhost() then RetrieveCorpse())

i've got several 'auto res' addons for BG, but i need this world functionallity, and it seems there isnt one for that
