Icon's disappearing from bars

I have d/led the most recent release of BibMod from this site.

My problem occurs when I log in, and at other random times, such as when i purchase goods from a vendor.

The buttons on the bars seem to disappear. In reality they are still there, but the icon's vanish.

I can get them back by cycling through the options on how to deal with 'empty' bar slots.

Would love for this to be figured out and fixed.
