new error with cooldowns

i have a new error with .10 of nui, see attachment, dunno why its happening, i use the GUI addon to turn them off, seeing as i use Omnicc, never had this error with previous versions

Is there anything beside the pet bar cooldown that you're still using OmniCC for?

i use it for more than the pet bar, i use it for Autobar, my bags, Carbonite, char based items when they are equiped, course it also covers the action bars as well, but thats just part of the equation

Can you reliably re-create that error? If so, what are the steps required to cause it to happen?

seems to only happen on my DK, not sure the cause, sometimes i'll be in combat, other times not. hasn't happened on my Paladin as of yet, normally i just reload the UI and it stops for a while.

I can't reproduce this error, so I really need a reliable way to make it happen so I can figure out what's happening.

yeah, i dunno, at one point i was in outland ridding back to the alliance outpost to drop off a quest and got the error, another time i was buring towers on my DK and got attacked or something and it happened, so i have no real way of know what caused it, what i have listed above has ONLY happened on my Death knight, no other chars, if it happens again i'll post up what i was doing at the time.
