PvP Countdown Timer

I need a PvP Countdown timer, preferably ACE'd.

HonorFu does not work- it only works -occasionally - when you first pop out of a BG. If you attack a flagged mob, it does not work. If you manually type /pvp it does not work.

Nothing fancy - just a timer.
