HUD Player Spells on Cooldown Filtering

As a Blood DK I only use a few of my abilities that may be on cooldown at any given time (i.e. I Deathstrike but never Obliterate). Is there a way to filter what shows up in the player spells on cooldown part of the HUD?

That's what I had to do, and it works really good. I think I also had to do this on my hunter.
