Should be "ag_UnitFrames", but I'm not sure right now what layout it is.

Even if i dont really like AgUf... i'm gonna try downloading it and find if it has a dark layout like that. Heh, really, i think any unitframe that can have a dark texture would be nice for my UI.. can you suggest somethign?

No.

But what I do know is, that with agUF you can style your unitframes almost anyway you want. Bigger, smaller, darker, ...whatever. Unfortunately I do not know much about making an own theme with agUF, so someone else probabely needs to help you with that.

But there is one last hint I can give you. Take a look at aUF_Layouts, maybe the one you mentioned above is already in there, if it doesn't already come up with the official release version. If both don't contain it, and you do wanna try an own theme, this might help you:

I do not beleive those are ag_UF. I recently saw something similar and they were discord. I would love to see ag_UF have a layout like that though.

That is indeed a Discord mod.
The only version I can find is a remake by zdh (Stolen Lifestep theme)

ag_UnitFrames does not have a theme like this, and without changing the addon you wont be able to make it look like this. The layouts dont support changing the graphics for any of the elements. Hopefully ag_UnitFrames will add this support for us

Either TheoryCraft2 or DrDamage. Maybe DrDamage, since it looks a little different from what mine (TC2) looks like....
