Health / Mana bar issue

I have this ( circled in red ) floating up there and I dont know what it is or how to disable it. I checked the options and I guess Im just retarded lol.

If you are certain that it is a part of Carbonite, then it is what is called "Info Window 1 & 2". You can disable this by right clicking the carbonite map and choosing (I think) "Show..." and unchecking "Info Window 1 & 2".
