Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your perspective) there is no such thing as "the best UI". While people can point you to the mod they prefer, you have to remember that it is just that, a personal preference. Person A prefers Mod/Compilation X. Person B doesn't like Mod/Compilation X, they prefer Mod/Compilation Y. Person C uses stand-alones only, and mixes and matches to get their desired result.

CTMod, GyspyMod, BloodEagles Recompilation, FlexBar, Insomniax Recompilation, Cosmos, SvartenUI, UltimateUI (UUI), BibMod, Telo’s Mods, MonkeyMods, MiniGroup, Woofiest Compilation, etc, etc, etc.
(Please note, this is definitely not a "complete" list, there are many many others, and the ones I listed aren't in any particular order.)

You have to figure out which one gives you the options you want, or mix and match to get what you want. Check out different mods, find what works for you.

Mod Hosting sites besides WoWInterface.com:

WoWGuru: http://www.wowguru.com/
WorldofWar UI section: http://ui.worldofwar.net/
Curse Gaming: http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php
Cosmos: http://www.cosmosui.org/
WoWAddons: http://www.wowaddons.com (defunct?)
WoW Database UI: http://wow-db.com/filelist.asp (defunct?)

And, of course, the sticky thread at the top of this forum: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/th...tmp=1#post2739

Plus all of the mods that are self-hosted, most of which can be found by browsing through this forum.

There are also lots of macros out there that can help make your life easier as well.

You can find a lot in another sticky thread at the top of this forum:

As well as at these sites:

Cairenn's script bot FTW

As a druid myself, I can only suggest some useful mods. They are awesome for playing a druid, and it's all my personal perference only

- Velora/Ska Demon's DruidBar
http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=251

- Quu's Decursive
http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=643

Some druid like benecast or castparty also, but I don't.
- Skurel's Benecast
http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=543

- Danboo's/Alleris's CastParty (very popular party mod for caster)
http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=926 (CP GUI)
http://www.curse-gaming.com/mod.php?addid=52 (CP)

I would also recommend KC_EnhancedTrades if you have a trade skill, and AutoRepair... but I'm a little biased <cough>

As a druid my self, I have a few addons that really help.

Flexbar - I use this so it re-maps my hotkeys (1 - =) to my main bar when I switch forms.

Group Buttons - I use this when Im forced into healing ( feral druid)

BC_Tracking Menu - For my tracking abilities, the proffesion ones, and track humans (cat form)

Reagent Data/Info - Helpful to know what reagents can make and if you, as a druid use them for spells like our rezz spell

If you have ANY gathering professions, you Gatherer to track where you find minerals, herbs, chests, clams, etc...

There is the druid bar which some people like and also there are plugins(for titan and IB) and standalones that you can use to display how many seeds you have left for rezz spell

one I like, also autobuff is very nice to prevent forgetting your buffs

Other than that i have to agree with Cairenn, its best to find the "best" addons for yourself

For myself "best" means hacked up and spliced together pieces of:
UltimateUI
Discord Mod
BibMod
Cosmos
Insomniax
Gypsy
and CTMod
