Need Oskin Replacment

Looking for a replacment to Otravi skin

For those of you that dont know this mod worked much the same way as discord Art did

What i want out of the mod is to place A dark colored border arround the lower portion of my Ui

I disabled all the modules except for "bottom bar" and gradients - should work how you're wanting.
