Files needed for Mount skin changing...

Hi, I'm fairly new to the idea of skinning characters, items, monsters, and other things in WoW and was wondering what files I need to know about to change the Warlock lv 40 mount into (UD Mount / Epic~ Non-Epic) if at all possible to replicate epic onto lv 40 mounts. I have wowmodelview.exe and MyWarCraftStudio.exe. Would be joyce to know what files are needed to succeed with this operation.
