Unhappy RDX9 - how do I disable the RDX chat window

I want the Blizzard chat window back so that I can use chat addons. Also, the Blizzard unitframes. Also I want the window that let me pick and choose which things to replace with RDX.

I can't find any of that in the new RDX menu....

you should get the Orginal Chatframe Back (Drycoded, not at home yet) If you comment out a Line with -- at line 7-373 the Frame you want should be back.

Looking at BlizzFullDisable.lua, it appears that there's a lot more stuff that needs to be commented out. Honestly, this shouldn't be necessary. I made this exact same post about the exact same issue when the RDX chatframes were first introduced almost 3 years ago, and it seems like no lessons were learned.

sigg needs to realize that people use RDX because of what it ADDS to WoW, not what it takes away. Some of us just want customizable raid frames and not an all-or-nothing UI replacement.

Don't forget, its a alpha version ;-) I'm sure a correct BlizzFullDisable with selectable Frames will be back soon. But the hack is working for me, got my old chatframe back and using chatter again.

The options will be present in the rdx settings for the beta edition

But it is true that I need your help to test the new chatframe
The new chatframe engine has been entirely rewriten from scratch, to be totally independant of the blizzard chatframe

Sigg, why do you like to disable everything so much with each addon ;( I do not use RDX action bars and it's real pain in the ass now.
Can't "enable" vehicles correctly, commented everything about them but sill miss something, maybe somebody did it already?

Agreed, it's really hard to test anything when you have to have a non-functional UI in order to test.

Open the main RDX settings menu, you can enable chatframes and actionbars
