the little dude that normally pops up when gear is damaged as yellow or red if its broken is gone. i remember there was a box in /nui movers before but its not there now

This was a change Bliz made in 3.1 -- I haven't dug into it yet, but I'm told it's part of the watch frame now. (quests/achievements/etc)
