MiniMap/Map Issue

When I hit M on my keyboard the MiniMap doesn't blow up into a larger scale zoomed out map like it used to. Now when I hit M the MiniMap stayed the same small size but just zooms out to show the continent.

How do I make it so when I hit M the MiniMap becomes larger and zoomed out, and then when I hit M again it becomes small again and zooms in to my current location?
