the hud

I love the hud. As a consumate arcane mage, I love the hud, and that's all there is to say about it....

Then blizzard decides it is a good idea to incorporate proc icons and they do not center up with the hud, and it is just irritating.

That said, is there any way to either:

A. Move the hud (only) down so that it is leveled with the missile proc indicator?
B. Move the missile proc indicator so that it is leveled to nui hud (preferably)?
