I also, would absolutely LOVE an update of this AddOn by anyone capable of doing such a wondrous feat! I personally know 11 rogues on my server that'd insta-d/l it as well and I've seen countless other rogues asking for an update during my time spent googling this wonderful addon!

This addon has a bug when you are using the same weapon in both hands and have "use last applied" enabled. It will try to put the poison you last applied to your offhand onto your main-hand and vice-vera if you click the "reapply" button..

EDIT: I only will if it's OK to get rid of the FuBar, it's unnecesary IMO.

funny to see this thread again. i since have discovered Ara Broker WeaponBuffer which works perfect for me. GL if anyone does try and resurrect the original
