Problem with clicking ? for quests

When a quest is listed in my on-screen list, sometimes I have to click a ? mark to the left of it to finish the quest and continue on with a next one, rather than running back to the quest giver (usually it means I have to stay where I am). You cannot turn in the quest to the quest-giver. I've been having to log out, turn off carbonite, log in, turn in the quest, log out, turn on carbonite, then log in again.

Oh and I should say this is mostly in the Badlands, alliance

I think you hit alt+L to bring up blizzards quest log, so you can complete it that way. Sometimes I have to do that, but do it automatically without thinking what key I hit to bring it up.

If I'm wrong someone correct me please.

no that's right... in most cases carbonite should figure out what's needed and show the '?' beside the quest ... but sometimes it doesn't and bringing up blizzards log with Alt-L will let you turn it in.
