What is this mod?

I'm looking for a UI mod that shows you the duration of certain status effects, like cheapshot and gouge. It shows a bar that decreases until the effect has worn off.

Thanks but this isn't exactly it.
This one shows the duration of your gouge but nothing else, whereas the one shown in the video worked with all stun abilities like Cheapshot, Kidneystrike etc.
