Enable Guild Vault view?

If I understand correctly, I should be able to view the contents of guild vaults through the Warehouse tool. I have toons in three different allied guilds, so I'd like to bale to looks across the vaults to see which contains what. How do I turn on this functionality (assuming it exists...)?

BTW...I love Carbonite! I get rather upset if I have to play WoW without it for some reason.
