i no longer have a pet bar can you tell me what i could do to get it back. also i am not very versed in wow lingo but my main panel in the middle where it shows me and any other people in the group is blank as well. how can i fix that?

hmm still no success and i have followed directions to the letter any other suggestions? i have verifed thats it the correct version downloaded and installed but still no pet bar or frmaes.

OKay -- so you have disabled ALL mods except nUI, you logged in, it reported exactly that "nUI+ Development Version 5.02.00 is loaded" and you still have no unit frames or pet bar?

Hey Scott, on a side note, my hunter frames work just fine but I've noticed lately that the happiness indicator that you can click to feed your pet with no longer works for me on the default pet frame. I have to target my pet and click it on that frame.

no your right release version. apparebtly i am having problems installing it then. i thought i followed all instructions correctly. will try again i am totally fail on this. i had the folder downloaded to "my mods" folder and extracted files then mvoed that folder into the addons folder. did i miss a step?

If you're playing on a Windows Vista box, make sure you're putting it in the right directory. Vista is kind of messed up about how it deals with WoW and AddOns.

i am going nuts lol. i cant get it to work and yes i am using vista. it worked before with no problem. i have verified thats it 5.02 in addon folder but it loads release version. no pt bar, frames, etc. i have tried it through my computer, c, programs, wow, interface, addon. i have also done it through the public version with no success. i am sorry for being a pain. i have never had this problem with any other addons before to include nui so I am a bit confused at this. what directory if you know would this version of nui go into for vista?

Then you are installing it in the wrong folder.

Search your entire hard drive for the file "nUI.toc" and see where it shows up. It's going to appear in two places... one where you're installing it and another where the nUI Release version is installed and that's going to be the "right" place to install it.

On a follow up Scott, the pet feed button issue is kind of a hit and miss issue. Shortly after my post it was working again. Not sure if it was just something weird at the time or what. If it pops up again I'll see if I can find a way to duplicate it.

I tried to log into my hunter last night so I could work on that before I put out the 5.02.01 but every time I'd start to log in on him WoW would crash... even with a clean WTF and a clean Interface directory... all my other toons works, but he crashes WoW

Hopefully I can log on him tonight.
