Action bar key binding troubles

Whenever I <crtl-alt-right click> to bind a key nothing happens.

Running nUI+ development 5.02.03.

This bug was also introduced in the re-write of the action bar code in 5.02.02 and has been fixed in the 5.02.04 that was just released.
