Being disconnect

when I log into wow a message comes up and tells me that carbonite doesn't have al the required items and i will be disconnect from the server. i have the option to get the items so i click that. In my chat window i saying carbonite has downloaded the required item from the server. Its saying this over and over again then i get disconnected from the server and can't log back on as that toon. I've unistalled it and reinstalled it and its still doing it. anybody no why its doing that and how to help me fix the problem?
