Great work overall on the new coding etc......
There is an old bug that I am not sure if you can fix or not. When farming and after planting for rep (shado-pan assault). It will not show the auto complete quest screen. this was an issue in the past with this particular function. Where your second quest would just pop up. My solution was/is to just turn carbonite off when doing the quest.
Second.....again this may just be me and the fact I am going senile, but when mining/gathering the addon used to keep a track of where you found things.Was this removed?

it wasn't removed, but it also might not work 100% currently... last time I checked it still recorded points, but it is a part of carbonite that I need to overhaul and fix... and is next after I get profiles working.
