I just received a couple errors starting lastnight using 5.02.04

Having to do with timers on the tool bars

None of those errors involve nUI code and nUI does not interact with the watch frame in any way other than to set its location on the screen, so I'm kind of inclined to suggest it's one of your other mods. At first blush, I would suspect LightHeaded using nothing more than the general functionality of the mods you have listed as the basis for the suspicion.
