recount omen with nui stats

let me start by saying im computer ileterate im surprised i got this far. i have been using nui and nui stats for several months now, and it has worked wonderfully with my dk and priest both were 80 when downloaded the program. rolled a pally & working on a lock. on both of those toons my nui stats is not shownig recount or omen, i thought it was a lvl thing (maybe) however my pally hit 80 last night and still no stats. i went through all my add on stuff and they seem to be loaded and turned on for both characters. if you have any insite for me please help. computer noob so pls no high tech words, cause i wont know what they mean, lol thanks

Best to post this in the nUI tech support thread found here. But most likely you just need to hit the red button under the infopanel till recount and omen show up there.
