nUI+ Tooltips not displaying correctly.

Been having accessing tooltips lately:

It's nice to have the bind information, but sometimes I need to see the actual tooltip too ~_^

Do you mean you want to see the detailed spell info in the tooltip, like the description etc? If that's the case, take a look in the Blizz options. The exact location of the checkbox in their options escapes me at the moment, but there is a spot to check off "Detailed Tooltips" or something close to that.

I would guess that the advanced tooltips option is turned off in your interface settings. (Interface > Help > Enhanced Tooltips)
