Soul shard naming addon

i've had an addon for a while but recently reinstalling my entire computer i've lost a few funny addons i had. one of them was an addon that names soul shards with the name of the mob / Player when gennerated, anyone know what this was called and if its still floating about somewhere (or something simmilar would be nice)
