Having the same issue. I'm also from EU and tried both entering it as a game key and as a WoW code, neither works.

Hmm perhaps the Blizzard fan-page team did create the keys but they are not yet stored in the battle.net database or the update process there is queued for some maintenance reasons.

Ok... so I'm bi-polar (also known manic-depressive). The smallest things can make me high as a kite or depressed to the point of thinking Lotro is fun.

So guess how i felt when i saw my beta key had arrived, only to have it not work...... thankfully it just made me laugh, but it could have been worse! I could be playing lotro right now!!!!!

Anyways, thanks for the beta code! Can't wait for it to be working

Yeah, one scenario i thought of would be the new battle.net has a different key format, and the key generation team doesn't have access to it.....

or maybe it's a db glitch. The fact that the site seems to think its an item code, not a game key, is not promising though...

Continuing to talk to Blizz about it guys, they do know that they were having problems on the EU side (and now the single US report). They are working on it. Hang in there.

Same problem as above, when imputing the BETA key provided into the Add or Upgrade section it shoots back the invalid key message to try code redemption, again i do that and it does not work either.

I am Australian and play on the US servers, i tried entering this on the us.battle.net.

When I also got the error to use it at the code redemption page or whatever it also didn't work at that page, for the record. Hopefully it''s nothing too difficult for them to fix!
