Issues with incorrect cooldown timers

I absolutely love nUI, it is by far the best interface I have used in WOW. That being said I am having a major issues with the cool down times that is affecting my play greatly.

What I am seeing is when I use my judgments, the first one I use will be set for an 18 + second cool down while the others are set to the proper 8 seconds. This always occurs when a judgment is used if all three are available, during the majority of most fights I am only able to rotate 2 at a time due to this. It is having a negative affect on both my tanking and DPS and I am not sure how to fix it.

Thanks in advance!

The problem is that you're not understanding what it is you're seeing. I really need to make a FAQ for this I guess. Anyway, have a look at this post and the post it refers to...

I see where I was confused .... the fact that the ability was still faded out lead me to believe that it was a full cool down timer.
