just installed and it wont work at all

i followed the directions for vista, installed it, and restarted wow and all i had was the little icon for carbonite on my mini map. i click on the icon and nothing. right or left click. plz help. i enabled all three carbonite stuff in add ons and disabled my old add ons. what did i do wrong
